"Not quite what was advertised"
The place we booked didn’t really match the photos or description online. The rooms felt a lot smaller in person, and a few things that were listed just weren’t there. I also tried reaching out about it, but the email replies felt like they were coming from a robot instead of an actual person, which made the whole thing more frustrating. I just wish the listing had been checked more carefully before being rented out.

"Checkout was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I was annoyed with the whole checkout process. It felt confusing, and then extra fees popped up near the end, which always leaves a bad taste. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really clear anything up or make it any better. I’ve booked through other sites where the pricing is much more upfront and the process is smoother, so this just felt like a step backward. I don’t think I’d book here again
"Cabin wasn’t clean when we arrived"
When we got to the cabin, it didn’t feel like it had been cleaned very well. The floors were sticky, there was hair in the bathroom, and the kitchen counters were gross. We ended up spending the first hour wiping things down instead of getting to relax, which was super frustrating. For what we paid, I really expected better.

"Decent stay, but the beds really need help"
Booking was easy enough, and the place itself was mostly fine, nothing major to complain about there. But the beds, wow. That kind of became the whole trip for us, even though it sounds like a small thing. The mattress felt old and sort of dipped toward the middle, and the pillows were so flat they barely counted as pillows.
We ended up sleeping badly both nights and waking up with sore backs, which is not exactly what you hope for when you’re paying to get away and relax. I kept thinking the place could be really solid with just that one upgrade. I’d maybe stay again, but only if they replace the mattresses and pillows first.

"Customer service could’ve been better"
I was disappointed with the customer service from rentbranson.com. I had a few questions, and it felt way harder than it should’ve been to get a clear answer, haha.
The replies I got were kind of short and not super helpful. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but for me it ended up being more stressful than expected, and I probably wouldn’t use them again

Check-in was a total mess. The code didn’t work, and of course nobody answered for ages while we stood outside with our bags, tired and just loving every minute of it. Not exactly the relaxing vacation kickoff we had in mind. Frustrating, honestly...

It just felt a little overpriced for what we ended up getting. The place was fine, I guess, but nothing really stood out, and then the extra fees made it way more than we expected. For what we paid, I was hoping it would be cleaner and just... nicer. I’d probably book somewhere else next time.

"Hot tub was gross and not really usable"
We booked this place mostly because it had a hot tub, so it was disappointing when we got there and saw the condition it was in. The water looked cloudy, it had a weird smell, and there was dirt or grime around the edges. I kept wondering if I was being too picky, but none of us felt comfortable getting in.
I did message about it, and I thought maybe it would get taken care of while we were there, but it never really seemed fixed. It was frustrating because we probably paid more for a place with a hot tub, and then ended up not using it at all...

"Am I Missing Something With the Kitchen Setup?"
Am I missing something, or was the kitchen stuff just not in great shape? The pans were scratched up, the knives were dull, and the toaster didn’t work at all. We tried to cook a few times during the week, but it ended up being more frustrating than it was worth.

I could barely sleep because of all the noise outside and people stomping around at night. I was expecting a quiet, relaxing stay, but it ended up being the opposite. After this experience, I don’t really trust that the place is as peaceful as it’s made out to be, and I wouldn’t book it again.

I felt kind of embarrassed even bringing it up, but the bathroom really wasn’t okay. It smelled bad and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, which made the whole experience uncomfortable

I booked through Rent Branson and ended up needing to cancel, that’s when the whole experience started going downhill. Booking was fine enough, but once cancellation came up, it felt like I was suddenly on my own. Side note, I was already stressed about changing travel plans, and somehow this made it feel like trying to return something without a receipt from a store that keeps changing its policy.
The cancellation details weren’t very easy to sort through, and getting a straight answer took way more back and forth than I expected. I kept feeling like I had to ask the same thing in different ways just to understand what was actually going to happen. Maybe I’m just impatient with this stuff, especially when I’ve got a dozen other random errands piling up, but it really felt like no one cared much after I said I needed to cancel.
Maybe other people have had a smoother time with them, and I’m sure not every situation is the same, but this one left a bad taste for me. I don’t expect red carpet service or anything, just clear info and a little help when plans change. After dealing with all that, I wouldn’t book with them again.

"Kinda farther out than I thought"
The place was ok but it felt way too far from everything. I didn’t realize how much of a hassle it’d be getting around, so for me it just wasn’t really worth it

I had to keep following up about a maintenance issue during my stay, and the replies took longer than I expected. What made it more frustrating was that the email seemed to say one thing, while the actual situation felt like something else, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on. It added unnecessary stress to the stay and wasn’t a great experience overall.

"Not the stay we were hoping for"
We were disappointed with our stay. The place didn’t feel as clean as it should have, and anytime we needed help, it took longer than expected to get a response. We had a few issues come up that felt totally unnecessary and just added stress to what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. I probably wouldn’t book through rentbranson.com again.

"We stayed at one of their Branson..."
We stayed at one of their Branson rentals, and the wifi was bad pretty much the entire time. Like, really bad. It wasn’t just a little slow here and there, it was a constant issue.
It kept dropping every few minutes, and even when it did connect, it was painfully slow. We couldn’t stream anything, couldn’t get work done, and half the time our phones wouldn’t even load basic stuff. It was just frustrating, frustrating in a way that made it hard to relax.
We called about it, but nothing really changed after that. For what we paid, having working wifi should not be such a big ask. I wouldn’t book again if you need reliable internet, because we definitely did not have it.
